Was sent the wrong color brake. Shipping for this item was very expensive and took far too long for the price. When I asked for a refund, I was not awarded one. Told to ship item back. Great that will take another two weeks before my kid can ride their scooter. No thank you! Do better

My granddaughter’s LaScoota brake fell off somewhere and we could not find it. I went to their website, was able to order the purple that matched, placed an order, received free shipping and had the part shipped to my daughter’s house. It arrived less than five days later and my daughter affixed back to the scooter and granddaughter was back riding it. Very satisfied with LaScoota service and I didn’t have to go through Amazon.
