We love the scooter but it came with a little frustration at first. First, the instructions didnt show how to assemble the part that locks and unlocks the handle and left me very frustrated. My son also had to wait to use it until I received help from customer service. However, they were amazing and sent us a video and also said they will be adding video instructions to their manuals which is great. My other issue is I was struggling folding and unfolding the scooter. For whatever reason it was so difficult I had to kick it many times and sometimes couldn’t get it to fold. I have mostly figured it out maybe it’s just me but that was also driving me crazy. Sometimes the thing just wouldn’t move when i pushed it to release and fold the scooter. Other than that my son loves it.

The original scooter received had one very used tire on it (not new condition). No explanation was given for it, but a replacement was sent by the company upon complaint. It was a nuisance having to repackage the original one and get it to fed ex to send it back (postage was paid for by la scoota). Overall disappointing that a product sent directly from La Scoota would be sent in used condition…and frustrating to my granddaughter who had to wait an extra week after her birthday to get to use her gift.
